Stocks Congress and corporate insiders are both buying
Congressional purchases that overlap open-market buys by the company's own executives.
Two unrelated groups file purchase disclosures with the government: members of Congress under the STOCK Act, and a company's own officers and directors under SEC Form 4. Each is watched on its own. This page shows where they point at the same stock in the same 45-day window — a lawmaker buying shares while the people running the company buy their own stock on the open market.
Overlap is a coincidence of two public records, not coordination and not a recommendation. Form 4 rows here count only code-P open-market purchases (no grants, awards, or option exercises), and congressional amounts are range midpoints.
